The teacher I felt the sorriest for was Bob Holland. I just could not get that Algebra. And like Peggy Sue got Married I knew I was probably never going to work with the unknown.
I attended some college, but, never stuck with it. Now, I just enjoy the art classes at PJC.
I have two girls and four grandchildren (one of each).
Ray & I have had the pleasure of visiting four continents.
Last supper: Pasta with some yummy sauce.
Currently reading: When All The World Was Young, by Ferrol Sams. It is about WWll.
Hobbies: Sewing, Quilting, Photography, scrapbooking & gardening But, after July I let the weeds have it. And I write obituaries for friends and family.
Pet Peeve: Oh soooooo many!! Aside from being served in paper plates….my #1 pet peeve is TV commercials (sorry Derwood). They are louder than the program and just plain offensive. We always mute the commercials for my sanity.
I do blog. Mainly I use blogging as my travel log. That way the people back home can keep up with us.

I currently nanny 3 days a week. It helps support my fabricoholic.
Most fun job: Well, certainly the drug store soda fountain would have to be #1. But, most of my jobs have been the non-paying kind; like serving on the Stone Mountain Meals on Wheels board that was probably the most rewarding. But when I did travel agent work the pay was bad but, the perks were great!
My high school memory. All my memory of high school is pretty great (except algebra class). Being elected Wittiest with Sonny was a great honor. But, being elected Queen of Halloween, when the whole school got to vote was truly the icing on the cake and who could have had a better king?
The most interesting thing: Well to begin with I have truly led a blessed life. And knowing each of you has made it more blessed. I have gotten to do some pretty amazing things……..thanks mostly to Ray….But, in August of 2003 my daughter’s (Christy) best friend’s sister moved to Pensacola. And her husband was a plastic surgeon. So to get his name “out there” they got together with the media and did a makeover. And I was the subject! The first night it was on TV one of Christy’s friends called her at
10pm and said “Christy, do you know your mother is on TV………in a leotard?”
