Most fun job is babysitting my one year old granddaughter twice a week.
Best memory: Working on the yearbook and saving pictures of walking on the sand dune that is left.
Most interesting: Traveling to Scotland with Steve and another trip to Norway with Steve & my son to visit Anne, a Norwegian exchange student daughter from late 1980's.
We also travel once a year to a Navy reunion for the aircraft carrier Steve served on in the Korean War. We have been to places such as Cleveland, OH; Sacramento, CA; Newport, RI; San Diego, CA; Nashville, TN; and we hosted a reunion in Baton Rouge, LA.
Steve spent many years at sea and retired from the Department of Commerce as Chief Engineer on NOAA fisheries research vessels. So, in addition to reunion trips, we enjoy visiting relatives in Idaho, New Jersey, Maryland, Georgia and from one end of FL to the othere.
In 2006, my son married and now I look forward to not only step-grandchildren, but, maybe some grandchildren one day.
We belong to Killearn Lakes United Methodist Church and we are active in its programs. We enjoy the live oaks, lakes and FSU football and living north of Tallahassee.
